This place is all about beef — beef tongue, beef hotpot and more — so we ordered beef across the board: sirloin, kalbi and tongue skewers, pork-wrapped asparagus and cherry tomato, plus seared wagyu with wasabi. The beef tongue skewer was tender and delicious — order it! The seared wagyu comes with both wasabi and horseradish, which was a fun touch. Lots of sour cocktails to choose from too!
